Returns Policies: We sell only high quality refurbished like new cell phones so, we stand behind all of our products. We also give a 60 day warranty for every phone purchased. We do not replace handsets that incur damage after delivery to the dealer. We only will replace handsets that have a technical defect due to any process on our part within the 60 day warranty period. The customer has the choice of receiving a replacement phone or receiving a credit for the phone that needs to be replaced. If the customer does not return phone that needs replacement within the 60 day warranty time frame from date of purchase from Star Cell Wireless then Star Cell Wireless reserves the right to cancel any warranty exchange or credit request from the said dealer.
